Maintaining buildings can be an expensive undertaking, Hookway is able to assist.

Reactive maintenance to accidents, vandalism, fire damage, water damage etc. can be normally dealt with via independent companies or insurance. However, for owners of several properties or large properties Hookway is able to organise a ‘one stop shop’ with our team of approved suppliers and contractors to take away the stress of organising such matters enabling the client to get on with the running of the business. Such a service is undertaken by Hookway for many of our clients.

A planned preventative maintenance contract is very useful for those with a larger number of buildings and can help avoid elements of buildings becoming damaged and keep everything running smoothly, avoiding reactive maintenance costs further down the line. Contracts are normally set up for a fixed number of years and can cover tasks such as landscape maintenance, window cleaning, servicing of mechanical and electrical equipment, adjustment of doors, maintenance of ironmongery and redecorations. The costs are generally fixed enabling more accurate maintenance budgeting. Please get in touch to discuss if you feel such a service may benefit your organisation.

If you want to know more please call or email and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
