We are able to also manage the tender process from start to finish to include tender issue, dealing with site visits, queries during the tender period and ultimately providing a detailed tender report to the client to include recommendations on the next course of action.

We firmly believe that the selection of an appropriate contractor is one of the most important pieces of the jigsaw. Various methods of construction quantification are able to be produced to include a full bill of quantities, works schedules, builder’s quantities and schedules of rates.

We are able to provide such services to both clients and contractors. The production of all the correct contractual documentation is key in ensuring that both parties fully understand and sign up to their respective responsibilities. Lack of clarity can result in dispute or uncertainty. Hookway is able to produce and collate all the necessary documents and advise the parties on any related issues.
