St Joseph’s Catholic School in Laverstock is committed to the formation of character and the acquisition of a value system that will enable young people to live life to the full. Its a vibrant and dynamic school with high expectations and great ambitions, and this is reflected in the new design and technology block that has recently been completed.

Increasing pupil numbers

The modern, clean and energy efficient new block will provide the school with much needed additional facilities to cope with increasing pupil numbers.

The new state of the art Design and Technology block was finished one month ahead of programme and both pupils and teachers are delighted with their new facility. The building contains two IT classrooms, along with specially designed food and design technology spaces.

Hookway undertook the Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer roles on the project, which was designed by Bristol based Architects, O’Leary Goss.
