Hookway delivers CIF projects in time for the new school year

Over the past few months Hookway's surveyors have been busy working on numerous condition improvement projects for schools and academies, ensuring that all work is completed in time for the start of a new academic year.

We helped 30 academies secure a combined total of more than £7.5 million in CIF funding for 2019. Individual funding was approved in April and the projects then needed to be planned, implemented and completed by the beginning of September.

The projects addressed a variety of different issues such as safeguarding, building compliance and poor building conditions and projects took between 5-12 weeks to complete depending on the scale of the work. Our team has worked tirelessly throughout to ensure that every aspect of the work was completed to an extremely high standard, delivered on deadline and that the outcome met with our clients' approval - read full case study.

If you need help with securing condition improvement funding for 2020 Hookway can help. For more information call Greg or Anna on 0117 955 4545 or email your enquiry and we will get back to you.
