Overview

Hookway has undertaken many commercial projects over the years to include offices for private firms as well as local authorities, cutting edge manufacturing facilities for aerospace products and testing stations for the DVSA to name a few.

The budget constraints and often very tight fast track programmes present a tough challenge and proactive cost and project management is essential to meet the time, cost and quality issues demanded by our commercial clients.

Our approach

The experience gained by our team of surveyors allows Hookway to work closely with all the stakeholders, specialist fit out contractors and others to gain a deep understanding of the unique time, cost and quality constrains on each project and then advise on both budget and procurement route to enable the  objectives of the business to be met. Collaborative working along with proven robust procedures ensure that the risks are reduced and allows businesses to plan for the future safe in the knowledge that their built assists are in safe hands.
