Overview

Hookway is currently carrying out a number of industrial projects across the UK. We have in recent years acted as quantity surveyors and principal designers on various industrial units ranging in value from £2million to £25million pounds.

We were part of a team which received the Constructing Excellence award for Innovative and Collaborative working on testing stations across the UK in 2009. We can bring this expertise and knowledge to enhance any project anywhere in the UK.

Our Approach

Hookway understands that successful projects are based on the clear understanding of the clients’ brief and budget.

We work hard to develop successful relationships with the design team and contractor to ensure that these goals are met. We have a team of experienced and project focussed surveyors who can enhance any project.

Testimonial

“The needs of the school were always at heart and I felt that I had a voice in the process. The two new classrooms are fantastic. They are light, airy and spacious, and the children love them. The children refer to them as the ‘Posh Wing’.”
