Hookway is experienced in providing advice upon the feasibility of any proposed project to enable our clients to make informed decisions when deciding if a project is viable prior to any firm commitments or large expenditure.

We are able to work with the client and/or the design team to transform the vision into a viable concept and help ensure that risk to the organisation is explored and minimised. We are also able to offer assistance with business case production to review funding viability.

Often, when looking at a potential client need, several possible solutions may present themselves. We are able to help develop the client brief and then investigate the potential solutions to the need. Options appraisals are invaluable in assisting the client to make informed decisions with regard to costs, risks and project outcomes. In addition we are able to assist with obtaining funding from various sources, to include government funding for education through to Lottery funding and green initiatives.
