Hookway helping house builders across the board

Ground-breaking research released by the National Housing Federation shows that England’s total housing need backlog has reached four million homes (as of May 2018, source).

What does this mean for house builders?

To meet this backlog and provide for future demand, the country needs to build 340,000 homes per year until 2031. With not enough homes being built to meet demand, getting the best value for money is key for developers of all sizes.

Building more homes

Hookway has been working with a range of clients ranging from families to small, medium and large developers to assist them with scheme viability. Hookway is also able to ensure that the works proceed to an agreed budget once on site.

Schemes that Hookway has been involved with include one off ambitious ‘Grand Designs’ style homes, and developments ranging from a handful of homes, to schemes of many hundreds of properties.
