CIF OUTCOME - 2022/23
The Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) 2022/23 results have been announced and Hookway is delighted to have achieved a 75% success rate on bid applications. A total of 2,076 academies, sixth-form colleges and voluntary-aided schools applied for CIF 2022/2023. Funding of £456 million has been awarded to 859 of these applicants to cover 1,033 projects.
Success over a wide geographic area
Hookway worked with schools throughout the South West and beyond for this latest round of CIF bid applications. We achieved particularly high success rates for schools in Bristol, North Somerset, Dorset, Swindon and Wiltshire, as well as winning additional applications for schools in Gloucestershire, Hertfordshire and Devon.
The funding achieved will pay for much needed building and refurbishment work including the renewal and upgrading of heating systems, underground drainage repairs, safeguarding improvements, fire safety works and window replacements.
